SHIPPING POLICY

South Africa delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa. Available delivery options and their exact prices are shown at checkout before payment.

Standard delivery
Standard delivery costs R100. Orders of R700 or more qualify for free standard delivery. The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote-area delivery, courier delays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking details will be sent when your parcel has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number. Luxe Glow is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed, additional delivery charges may apply before it is sent again.

Damaged, missing or incorrect parcels
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs where possible.
